Money Order / Cashier's Check Payment |
If you would like to mail in your payment, you can choose from one of the following two options.
OPTION 1 Print and fill out the Divorce Questionnaire Form and mail it in along with your payment. Money Order or Cashier's Check ONLY
OPTION 2 You can fill out our Online Information Form and in the Additional Comments/Info section, just enter that you'll be Mailing In your Payment and your info will be kept on file for 30 days.
Once you have submitted your info, on the Payment option page select Mail-In Payment and you will be given the address to send in your payment. If payment is not received within 30 days your info will be deleted. |
To process your order quickly please include your name and e-mail on your money order or cashier's check.
Once your payment has been received and cleared, you should receive your Divorce Documents within 3-5 business days by mail or 48-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) if you picked e-mail delivery. |
